ERMA BYRD

Erma Faye Byrd, 75, of Mandeville, Ark., died Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at her home. Ms. Byrd was born Dec. 3, 1942, in Texarkana, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Dave V. Byrd Jr. of Texarkana; six daughters, Joyce Byrd, Veronica Bruce, Shelia Byrd, LaTonya Byrd and Felicia Byrd of Texarkana and Bobbie Robinson of Wake Village, Texas; two sisters, Lillie Elijah Fuller and Bobby Keel Taylor of Texarkana; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Kenneth L. Reid Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Harrison Chapel Cemetery under direction of Lyles Funeral Home.
