DIERKS, Ark.—Majorie Allen, 82, of Dierks died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Allen was born March 4, 1935, in Dierks. She was a poultry farmer and attended Mount View Baptist Church and Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Allen Sr.; and one son, Ray Allen. Survivors include two sons and three daughters-in-law, Marlin Jr. and Carolyn Allen, Randy and Tamara Allen and Sharon Allen of Dierks; one daughter and son-in-law, Thresa and Michael Thomas of Dierks; one sister, Bennie Lockwood of Clarksville, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Henry Bateman and Ray Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Greens Chapel Cemetery. Online registration is at wilkersonfuneralhomes.com.
