MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Samantha Kelly, 47, of Stamps, Ark., died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Ms. Kelly was born Aug. 30, 1970, in Magnolia. Survivors include one son, Darnell Seamster of Texarkana; one daughter, Riana Easter of Stamps; her mother, Cora Lee Seamster of Stamps; seven sisters, Rosetha Martin of Lewisville, Ark., Betty Joyce Seamster of Chicago, Wanda Johnson of Stamps, Pamela Lamay, Carla Strogen, and Paula Flournoy of Shreveport, La., and Angela Turner of Stamps; four brothers, L.B. Seamster, Bobby Joe Malone, Jerry Seamster and Terry Turner of Stamps; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. today at R.L. Reed Funeral Home with the Rev. Sylvester Tatum officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Stamps.
