DE QUEEN, Ark.—William Aubrey "Sonny" Helms, 78, of Provo, Ark., died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at a Nashville, Ark., nursing home. Mr. Helms was born July 14, 1939, in Nashville. Survivors include two sisters, Betty Teat of Irving, Texas, Linda Harper of Sheridan, Ark.; five brothers, Billy Jack Helms of Ashdown, Derrel Helms of Lockesburg, Ark., and Mickey Helms, Terry Helms and Kem Helms of Provo; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services were held Feb. 19 at McHorse Cemetery with Jerrel Helms officiating. Burial was under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. Online registration is at wilkersonfuneralhomes.com.
