HOPE, Ark.'—Charles Stephen "Steve" Lyons, 60, of Hope died Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, at a Little Rock, Ark., hospital. Mr. Lyons was born Sept. 15, 1957, in Shreveport, La. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include one son, Stephen Matthew Lyons of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Bruce Howard of Hot Springs, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Herndon Fuqua Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Online registration is at herndonfuquafuneralhomes.com.
