WILLIAM WOODRUFF

William Woodruff, 75, of Bivins, Texas, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mr. Woodruff was born July 3, 1942. He was an Army and National Guard Reserves veteran. Survivors include four brothers, Coy Woodruff of Douglassville, Texas, Donald Woodruff of DeKalb, Texas, David Woodruff of Rosser, Texas, and Howard Woodruff of New Boston, Texas; three sisters, Virginia Woodruff of Moultrie, Ga., Barbara Hanes of Hooks, Texas, and Betty Jennings of Shreveport, La.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Queen City Funeral Home. Burial will be in Courtland Cemetery. Online registration is at queencityfuneralhome.com.
