NASHVILLE, Ark.—Edward Hale "Ebbo" Dildy, 90, of Nashville died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Dildy was born April 26, 1927, in Mineral Springs, Ark. He was a member of First Baptist Church and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nita Bell Chambers Dildy; and one granddaughter, Danielle Lea Dildy. Survivors include three sons and one daughter-in-law, Douglas Chambers and Annette Dildy of Albuquerque, N.M., Gary Edmond Dildy of Nashville and Edward H. Dildy II of Hot Springs, Ark.; one daughter, Patricia Ann Dildy Conlin of Dataw Island, S.C.; two sisters, Olliemae Gardner of Texarkana, Ark., and Louise "Tooie" Savage of Nashville; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Ozan Cemetery, Bingen, Ark., under direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
