Rachel Elizabeth Baty, 44, of Texarkana died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Ms. Baty was born Dec. 27, 1973, in Longmont, Colo. Survivors include two sons, Shiloh Milner and Micah Milner; her parents, Terry Martin and Jerry Baty; one sister, JoEllen Baty; one brother, Jacob Baty; five nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives.
