HAZEL SWINNEY

Hazel Gene Terrell Swinney, 89, formerly of Little Rock died Thursday, June 28, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Swinney was born Oct. 22, 1928, in Magnolia, Ark. She was a retired secretary with County Avenue Baptist Church and a member of First Missionary Baptist Church, Mabelvale, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert M. Swinney, in 2003. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Wanda and Dan Lentz and Joyce Swinney of Culleoka, Tenn.; one brother, Wayne Terrell of Harrison, Ark.; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 9 a.m. Friday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Missionary Baptist Church, Little Rock, with the Revs. Robbie Horne and Bob Marble officiating.
