De QUEEN, Ark.—Logan Wayne Winton, 3, of Horatio, Ark., died Saturday, July 14, 2018, in De Queen. Logan was born Nov. 9, 2014, in Horatio. Survivors include his parents, Justin and Christina Winton of Horatio; one brother, Hunter Adam Winton of Horatio; four sisters, Athena Marie Winton, Annabelle Louise Winton, Zoe Elizabeth Winton and Emily Grace Winton of Horatio; his paternal grandparents, Donald Wayne and Kimberly Arlene Winton of Horatio; his maternal grandparents, Wesley King Ulmer III of Boise, Idaho, and Katherine Lynn Giltner of Hubert, N.C.; one great-grandmother, Betty Chandler of Westline, Ark.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Assembly of God with Ray Reynolds and Tracy Welch officiating. Burial will be in Westline Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home.
