ATLANTA, Texas—April R. Barfoot, 45, of Atlanta died Sunday, July 22, 2018, at her home. Ms. Barfoot was born Jan. 18, 1973, in Biloxi, Miss. She was employed with Wadley Regional Medical Center, a former member of Junior League of Texarkana and a member of Episcopal Church. Survivors include one son, Zee Barfoot of Atlanta; her parents, Michael and Rebecca Bennett of McLeod, Texas; one brother, Gabe Bennett of Bossier City, La.; her grandmother, Gloria Stroud of McLeod, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hanner Funeral Service with Rex Henderson officiating. Private burial in Laws Chapel Cemetery. Online registration is at hannerfuneralservice.com.
