ASHDOWN, Ark.—Roy Paul Neiman, 65, of Wilton, Ark., died Saturday, June 2, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Neiman was born Oct. 5, 1952, in Texarkana, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Neiman of Wilton; one son; T. J. Williams of Ashdown; three daughters, Jess Wetsel of Mangum, Okla. and Emily Sellers and Abigail Sellers of Wilton; one brother, Ray Rambo of Wilton; one nephew, Chris Neiman of Corsicana, Texas; and two grandchildren, Ashten and Roper Toney of Mangum, Okla. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
