ATLANTA, Texas—Patsy Dooley Wooten, 69, of Linden, Texas, died Thursday, June 7, 2018, in a local hospital. Ms. Wooten was born July 14, 1948, in Atlanta. She was retired from Linden Fuel Center and a pianist and member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include four cousins, Myrtle Tippit of Willis, Texas, Frances Whatley of Atlanta, Mary Robertson of Houston and Wilma Nell Jones of Marshall, Texas; one special friend, Eric White of Atlanta; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Ronnie Raines officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
