Billy Ray Bailey

Billy Ray Bailey, 57, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Bailey was born June 14, 1961, in Hermitage, Ark. He was a custodian and a member of Church Under the Bridge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bailey. Survivors include one son, Earl Latham of Texarkana; three daughters, Pamela Ann Carr, Ashley D. Nash and Santana N. Smith of Texarkana; and three sisters, Dorothy Wiley Bailey of Detroit, Mich., and Erma Terry and Bobby Reed of Texarkana. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
