Roy Dale Fry

De QUEEN, Ark.—Roy Dale Fry, 83, of Ashdown, Ark., died Sunday, June 17, 2018, at his home. Mr. Fry was born March 19, 1935, in Levelland, Texas. He was a retired millwright mechanic at Georgia Pacific, a member of Church of Christ, Fulton, Ark., and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by two sons, an infant son and Jason Dale Fry. Survivors include his wife, Jo Carolyn Curtis Fry; five daughters, Rhonda Shuptrine, Kriste Jameson, Theresa Andino, Jan White and Misty Valentin; two sons, Gary McIntosh and Larry Fry; one brother, Jimmy Fry; 24 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Lockesburg, Ark. with Larry Fry and Jimmy Fry officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Central Baptist Church, Ashdown.
