WILLIAM HINKLE SR.

De QUEEN, Ark.—William Henry Hinkle Sr., 74, of Cove, Ark., died Monday, June 18, 2018, at his home. Mr. Hinkle was born Feb. 6, 1944, in Indio, Calif. He was a retired oil driller with Hilton Oil Company and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jean Hinkle. Survivors include four daughters, Laura Lowe and Mary Sexton of Wyoming, Leatha Robey of Wickes, Ark., and Billie Jean Smith of Oregon; two sons, William Hinkle Jr. of Wickes and Joe Hinkle of Jonesboro, Ark.; one sister, Shirley Parker of Pea Ridge, Ark.; four brothers, Charles Hinkle of Texas, Gary Hinkle of Wickes and Ronnie Hinkle and Tommy Hinkle of Arkansas; 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
