LINDA SMITH

Linda Miller Smith, 65, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, March 8, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Smith was born Oct. 26, 1952, in Texarkana, Ark. She was a retired Psychology Professor with Texarkana College and Texas A&M University, Texarkana, and a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Dr. C. Jack Smith of Texarkana; two sons and spouses, Wendell and Marie Smith of Carlisle, Penn., and Malcolm and Deirdre Smith of Texarkana; her father, Ralph Miller of Texarkana; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Susan and Dick Harris of Austin and Janet Bedford of Texarkana; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church with Dr. Brad Morgan officiating under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
