NEW BOSTON, Texas—Sonya Lynn LaBoon, 51, of New Boston died Sunday, March 11, 2018, at her home. Ms. LaBoon was born June 30, 1966, in Chalmette, La. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Barberee Jr. of New Boston; one daughter, Tasha Barberee of Hooks, Texas; and one granddaughter, Kaydence Hodge of Hooks. No services are scheduled at this time.
