MABLE PARKER

Mable Dean Stockton Parker, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, March 18, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Parker was born April 12, 1928 in Fouke, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett M. "Rusty" Parker; one granddaughter, Jennifer Carpenter; and one great-grandson, Michael E. Carpenter. Survivors include four children and three spouses, Patricia and Bill Anderson, Everett "Monte" and Elaine Parker, Glen "Bull" and TaNay Parker and Charles Parker; one brother, Eugene Stockton; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Fouke First Assembly of God, Fouke, under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
