GALVESTER BUTLER

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Galvester Butler, 94, died Sunday, March 18, 2018. Ms. Butler was born Dec. 10, 1923. She was a teacher, homemaker and Jehovah's Witness. Survivors include 12 children, Maxine Taylor, Carolyn Royston. Georgia Blalock, Robert Williamson, Mary Ella Moten, Martha Butler, Wanda Perkins, Marcia Younas, Bobbie Royston Stringer, Loretta Anderson, Dora Gude and Ralph Butler; one aunt, Elsie Stewart Vanhook; seven brothers and sisters; 33 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; and 35 great-great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness, Hope, Ark. Burial will be in Washington Hill Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home.
