ASHDOWN, Ark.—Tracy Miller, 40, of Little Rock died Saturday, April 28, 2018. Mr. Miller was born April 6, 1978 in Texarkana, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Darla and Jerry Hallett of Ashdown; two brothers, Scotty Miller of Hope, Ark., and Timothy Hallett of Texarkana; and one sister, Debra Miller of Hope. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Madden Funeral Home.
