Donald Max Davis

Donald Max Davis, born March 3, 1969, died may 12, 2018 at 49 years of age. Donald graduated from Arkansas high School in 1987 and attended the University of Arkansas. He returned to the family business, Davis Farms, where he was manager and formed the J. B. Davis hunting Club. Donald loved being on the farm everyday with his father, Kenneth Davis, who passed away in October 2017. Donald was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucille and JB Davis of Ogden, Arkansas and Frances and Ernest Bauer of Texarkana, Arkansas. Donald is survived by his wife, Donna Fitzgerald Davis, his mother, Linda Bauer Davis of Texarkana, Arkansas, his daughter, Laura Alyse Davis of New York City, stepson, Jay Wright and grandchild, Daughtry Wright. Brothers Keith Davis of Plano, Texas and Brad Davis of Little Rock, Arkansas, sister, Jennifer Adams of Texarkana, Arkansas. Also survived by an uncle Joe Davis of Houston, Texas, and an aunt, Mary Ann Morrison of Ogden, Arkansas, and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A. M. Tuesday at the Texarkana Funeral Home Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Robert McCarver officiating. Private burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
