LETHA RUSSELL

Letha Lee Russell, 88, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, May 13, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Russell was born Oct. 14, 1929, in Ada, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Hills Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mathew Russell. Survivors include four daughters, Linda Haggerty, Margaret Jefferies, Janet Satterfield and Lisa Black of Texarkana; two sons, Johnny Russell and Roger Russell of Texarkana; one sister, Allie Jean Box of Hobbs, N.M.; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at Cedar Grove Cemetery with the Rev. James Lindsey officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
