LOUIS BATCHELOR

DeKALB, Texas—Louis Glenn Batchelor, 75, of New Boston, Texas, died Thursday, May 24, 2018. Mr. Batchelor was born Oct. 8, 1942, in Clarksville, Texas. He retired as a supply quality control inspector from Red River Army Depot and a member of Westside Missionary Baptist Church, New Boston. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Hurst Batchelor. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Janet Hammonds and Don Griffin of New Boston; one son, Michael Batchelor of New Boston; and a number of other relatives. Private services will be held later under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home.
