LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Paul Anthony Starling, 58, of Fouke, Ark., died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Starling was born Feb. 8, 1960. Survivors include his parents, Paula Starling of Texarkana and Jack Thomas Starling of Naples, Texas; two brothers, Jack Starling and Steven Starling of Fouke; one sister, Janelle Williamson of Texarkana; one half-brother, Jason Starling of Texarkana; two half-sisters, Lori Starling and Dana Starling; and a number of other relatives.
