BILLY DICKEY

Billy Wayne Dickey, 79, of Fouke, Ark., died Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at his home. Mr. Dickey was born Nov. 5, 1939, in Miller County, Ark. He was retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company, a member of Boyd Union Community Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by three children, Michael Garner, Nicole Wyble and Steven Dickey. Survivors include his wife, Vinita Dickey of Fouke; one son and daughter-in-law, Shelby and Sonja Dickey of Fouke; two stepsons, Grant Foster and Brian Foster of Fouke; one sister, Sue Asa of Fouke; two sisters-in-law, Trudy Hylen and Gail Hacker; two special friends, Lonnie and Debbie Mullanex; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Boyd Union Community Church with the Rev. Charles Bell officiating under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
