WENDELL PENWELL

Wendell Ray Penwell, 78, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, at his home. Mr. Penwell was born July 15, 1940, in Hoyt, Okla. He was retired from Miller County Department of Health and Human Services and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Penwell of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Wende and Brian Dahl of Texarkana; three grandchildren, Mindee Penwell, Quinn Penwell and Raven Penwell; and one great-granddaughter, Alessa Rose Penwell. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
