DeKALB, Texas—Floyd Junior Wilson, 92, of DeKalb, Texas, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018, in a New Boston, Texas, nursing home. Mr. Wilson was born July 5, 1926, in the Big Woods Community, Texas. He was retired from Red River Army Depot, a Big Woods Cemetery trustee and a deacon and Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church, DeKalb. Survivors include his wife, Holly Hegler Wilson of DeKalb; one daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Mike Prather of DeKalb; two grandchildren, Andy Prather of Fulshear, Texas, and Holly Beth Bruno of Dallas; five great-grandchildren, Lucas Bruno, Hadley Bruno, Addilyn Bruno, Judson Bruno and Bridger Prather; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, DeKalb, with the Rev. James Sparks, Blake Hodges and the Rev. Tom Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
