FOREMAN, Ark.—Tommy Keeney, 78, of Foreman died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Keeney was born Nov. 12, 1940, in Alleene, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Keeney of Foreman; one son and daughter-in-law, James and JoAnna Keeney of Ashdown, Ark.; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Steve Voss of Alleene; one brother, William Bobby Keeney of Searcy, Ark.; two sisters, Vivian Keeney and Robbie Jones of Alleene; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Madden Funeral Home with Chris Clayton officiating. Burial will be in Gravelly Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
