DeKALB, Texas—Fred Lynn Tull, 88, of Burnet, Texas, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, in a Temple, Texas, hospital. Mr. Tull was born Jan. 30, 1930, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was retired from the Air Force and a member of Boy Scouts of America, Disabled American Veterans and Buchanan West Baptist Church, Buchanan Dam, Texas. He was preceded in death by one son, Fritz Tull. Survivors include his wife, Joyce McCuller Tull of Burnet; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Barry and Carolyn Tull of Cold Springs, Texas, Marvin Tull of El Rito, Mexico, and James and Tanya Hobbs of New Boston, Texas; two daughters and one son-in-law, Lynne and Don Baer of Bryant, Ark., and Terry Tull of Ore City, Texas; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Woodmen Cemetery with Robby Bates officiating. Burial will be under direction of Bates Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Buchanan West Baptist Church, 850 Lillian Dean St., Buchanan Dam, TX 78609.
