MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Ella Marie Maeweather, 69, of Little Rock died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, at a Little Rock hospital. Mrs. Maeweather was born June 27, 1949, in Falcon, Ark. She was retired from Chicago University Hospital, former member of Clevet Springs Baptist Church and a member of Southside Missionary Baptist Church, Chicago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubbert Maeweather. Survivors include two sons, Anthony Maeweather of Chicago and Herbert Duane Maeweather of Little Rock; three brothers, Timothy Sanders and Prentis Sanders of Falcon, Ark., and Lonnie Sanders of Des Moines, Iowa; six sisters, Jessie Sanders of Lewisville, Ark., Edna Adams of Falcon, Tavitha Wooten of Camden, Ark., Rhonda Brooks of Houston, Ida Rena Sanders of Chicago and Donnie Henderson of Des Moines; three grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at R.L. Reed Funeral Home with the Rev. Reginald James officiating. Burial will be in Clevet Springs Cemetery, Falcon.
