Eula Maude Evans

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Eula Maude Evans, 92, of Farmersville, Texas, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, in a Farmersville nursing home. Mrs. Evans was born June 12, 1926, in Bridgeport, Texas. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband John D. Evans; one daughter, Barbara Evans; one son, Billy Evans; and two grandsons, Jerry Lee Evans Jr. and Kenny Evans. Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Jerry and Ena Evans of Farmersville, Texas; three grandchildren and one spouse, Jennifer Evans of Allen, Texas, and Keith Evans and Lisa and Todd Myrtle of Maud, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Hooks, Texas, with the Rev. Jerry Jones officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home.
