Command Sgt. Maj. Alfred Henry Braswell, 91, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at his home. Mr. Bras-well was born Oct. 16, 1926, in Texarkana, Texas He was a retired ROTC instructor in Seoul, South Korea, and a World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veteran. Survivors include two sisters, Mary Lambert of Temple, Texas, and Juanita Woolley of Owasso, Okla.; one brother David Braswell of New Brockton, Ala.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas, with the Rev. Keith Ducroz officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Online registration is at texarkanafuneralhome.com.
