HOPE, Ark.—Ruby "Joyce" Samuel, 72, of DeAnn, Ark., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, in a Hot Springs, Ark., hospital. Mrs. Samuel was born April 29, 1946, in Prescott, Ark. Survivors include her husband, Michael Samuel of DeAnn; one daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Nicky Denton of Prescott; two sons and daughters-in-law, Todd and Denise Samuel of Amity, Ark., and Tracy and Penny Samuel of Redwater, Texas; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Friday at White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church with John Nations officiating under direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
