Reflections of His Life Reginald Barnard Reggans SR, 53, was born November 19, 1967, in Texarkana, TX to Dorothy Reggans. He departed this life December 25, 2020 in Texarkana, TX. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, A. J. Reggans. Reggie was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. He is a 1987 graduate of Texas High School and was employed with Jones Stuart Mortuary for twenty years and loved dearly by his "Boss" and Coworkers. Reggie was a DC4L (Dallas Cowboy for Life) Fan and enjoyed them with family and friends. He loved music, riding horses, grilling, attending Rodeos, spending quality time with his family and friends. He had a special bond with his grandchildren, Keilanuel and Malaysia. He leaves to cherish his precious memories; a loving and devoted mother, Dorothy Reggans Caesar of Texarkana, TX; two daughters, Deandrea Reggans, Raven Weatherall Texarkana, TX; son, Reginald Reggans, JR Texarkana, TX; sister, Deadra (Brian) Caesar-Simington, Texarkana, AR; niece, Laken Simington, Texarkana, AR. grandchildren, Keilanuel Warren, Malaysia Baker Texarkana, TX.
