SHEILA ENNIS

Sheila Diane Ennis went home to Jesus on February 22, 2021. Sheila was 73 years old. Sheila was born March 11, 1947, in Gilmer, Texas and was a graduate of Hooks High School. She was retired from Red River Army Depot and was a member of First Baptist church, Hooks, Texas. Sheila enjoyed dancing, listening to her husband play the guitar, and crocheting, but her biggest love was her family. Sheila is preceded in death by her daughter, Dianna Lynn Dudley; her parents, Roy and Marguerite Henderson; both sets of grandparents, her brother-in-law, John Talbot and her nephew, Brady Talbot. Sheila is survived by her husband, William Ray Ennis, of Texarkana, Texas; her daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Joseph Horvath, Sr., of Texarkana, Texas; her daughter and boyfriend, Pamela Price and Bill Badger, of Huntsville, Alabama; her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Ty Goodner, of Somerville, Alabama; her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Rachel Simmons, Jr., of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina; step-son and daughter-in-law, Tracy and Sami Ennis of Coronado, Panama; her step-daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Don Clark, of Texarkana, Texas and step-daughter, Dawn Domanski, of Hooks, Texas. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Etta and Billy Hooker, of Grand Prairie, Texas; sister, Glenna Talbot, of New Boston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Dana and Dan Gooch, Hot Springs, Arkansas; Uncle and Aunt Robert and Susie Henderson of Hooks, Texas. Sheila also has 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 10 fur grandbabies and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Ford and Rev. Grant Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, March 5, 2021, at the funeral home.
